The Community Development Foundation (CDF) exists to strengthen communities by creating pathways to sustainable growth, economic empowerment, and opportunity for those who need it most.
Founded by Keisha Coleman, a licensed real estate broker and lifelong community advocate, CDF is committed to building a foundation — brick by brick — that serves families, neighborhoods, and communities across Metro Detroit.
